. its too small.. plus in an oktoberfest girls dress... the bust isnt that noticable anyway because its Frilly around the top. As for Colors chosen, you did perfect on the backround and dress. Very Well Done. I think she would look better with white silk gloves instead of wrist cuffs. Oh and alternatively if you wanted, you could swap her hair and eye color, and then change the colors of the dress. Possibly make it a light peach color and a more strawberry red... that way her dress would look like a cake. Overall, i find nothing wrong with the quality of the art. Whatever technique in sketch or etc. you are doing.. you should keep doing it. This is my first critique, and i hope you find it helpful.
